Approach
Three commitments shape everything we release.
We set our own course. Nobody briefs us, which keeps our attention on the people who use what we make.
A route that fails in bad weather was never a route. We would rather do a small number of things properly than a large number quickly.
We build for the long term and expect our work to still be carrying people in a decade. What we open, we keep open.
